Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. There is a 30% cancellation fee (based on your appointment total) for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please reach out! There is a 15 min grace period. After 15 min, you will be considered a no-show.
No-shows/No-calls will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. There is a 15 min grace period before you are considered a no-show.
